Conditions

Please note, for a return, the item must be in its original condition. Only try on shoes indoors until you are sure of your purchase.

The returned Shoes must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused,
  • Undamaged,
  • Only used on a clean floor or carpet (not outdoors),
  • Accompanied by the return form,
  • In the complete original packaging,
  • With all original tags and labels.

The returned Accessories (Socks, Insoles, Decorations) must meet the following conditions:

  • Not worn,
  • Undamaged,
  • Tag undamaged,
  • Individual packaging intact.

*If the item does not meet these conditions, we will not be able to accept it back, and it will be returned to you at your expense as a used item.

After checking all the items, pack the shoe box and attach the return label to the package. Please do not stick labels directly on the shoe box as this can damage it and make it unsuitable for resale.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact our support team, please email us at hello@barefootshop.co.uk.com.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email confirmation. If the return is approved, we will refund the cost of the shoes using the same method you used to make the purchase. Funds will be returned within 10 business days from the date we receive the item. Your bank or credit card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the initial shipping cost. However, according to the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you wish to return the entire order (all items from the order) and receive reimbursement for standard postal payment, you will need to return the item at your expense. After receiving the item, we will ensure a full refund, including the cost of standard delivery.

Item Exchange

We do not offer exchanges. If the size did not fit, return the item to us, and we will refund you so that you can place a new order on our website.

Defective Items

Please report any suspected faults as soon as possible by sending an email to hello@barefootshop.co.uk. To help us resolve your fault query, provide a description of the fault, the original order number (or name and date of order), and photos showing the problem area, so we can determine the best course of action. The assessment and processing of the claim take up to 30 calendar days from its receipt.

If the defect is confirmed, we will offer to repair or replace the shoes. If repair or replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.

Keep in mind that typically, any manufacturing defect will manifest immediately or within the first few months of wear. If shoes are worn much longer, it's always challenging to determine what constitutes excessive wear and what is indeed a footwear issue.

Rules of Use and Care for Shoes

Choose shoes based on the conditions and purposes for their use. Shoes should be worn in accordance with their intended purpose. An inappropriate type, size, width, or shape of shoes cannot be grounds for a claim. Shoes made from textile and processed suede are not waterproof; waterproofing can be enhanced using suitable footwear products. Wet shoes should be dried away from direct heat sources. Daily wear naturally reduces the lifespan of shoes, so we advise changing shoes, especially in bad weather.
