At this time, we only offer delivery within the UK.
Delivery terms
We offer delivery via Royal Mail Tracked (3–4 working days).
An optional Signature on delivery may be selected at checkout.
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the size and weight of your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your delivery.
Estimated delivery times
Orders are processed on working days only.
The estimated delivery time starts from the day your order is confirmed and dispatched.
Please note that deliveries do not take place on Sundays or UK public holidays.

Reused Boxes ♻️
When available, we may ship your order using reused packaging.
Choosing reused boxes can reduce delivery costs and helps save natural resources by extending the life of packaging materials.
Delivery Issues
If your order is damaged during transport, we will contact the delivery service and do our best to resolve the issues. Please report any damage within 3 days of receiving your order and allow up to 14 days for resolution.
Occasionally, orders may be slightly delayed, especially during peak periods. If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us and we will always do our utmost to assist as quickly as possible.
Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.
